Liu Yu gave it a gentle tug, and a staircase leading upward appeared before his eyes.
He followed the stairs all the way up, and very soon, he found himself back in front of the three passages.

He chose a passage at random and walked in.
Zhang Bei sat at the exit of the Underground Maze, holding his phone.

The place Liu Yu was standing in now was none other than the passage he had been in before using the Skill Card.
Inside the enormous pit, one hideous corpse after another lay at the bottom.
Only this time, Liu Yu no longer had a Skill Card in his hand that could take him away.
He had already made it this far. He couldn’t give up now. Bracing himself, he bent down and grabbed the edge of the rope ladder.
His eyes stayed fixed firmly on the path ahead.
