Nearly every Fiend in the hospital had been killed by that energy pillar. If the two of them hadn’t possessed a few tricks of their own, they would have died there as well.
“Director, this had nothing to do with me. I was sleeping peacefully in the ward the whole time. I didn’t do anything!” Liu Ye hurriedly explained when he saw the way they were looking at him.
“You were asleep in your room?”
“That’s right.”
“Then did you have a dream?”
“I did. And you know what? It was incredible. It felt completely real.”
“What did you do in the dream?”
