“Think about it. Even the judge didn’t find my son guilty, so this matter was never that serious. I really don’t know what that family was thinking, why they had to take things so hard and go kill themselves.”
When he said that, I could hardly believe it had come out of an adult’s mouth.
They said rotten beams made crooked rafters. A scumbag like this could only raise another scumbag.
Anning couldn’t take it anymore. She was about to blow up.
I quickly pulled her back and stopped her from going on.

We all nodded to show there was no problem.

About seven or eight minutes later, I twisted open a bottle of mineral water in the room, took a sip, then poured out the rest.

I yanked the door open and rushed out.
Seventh Master and the others all charged out too, pounding desperately on the door to Jiang Xiaoyu’s room.
After a moment, the door opened. Jiang Nan was the one who opened it.
“Master! A ghost! There’s a ghost!” Jiang Nan’s face was filled with terror.
We went in and saw his wife crouched on the floor, hugging Jiang Xiaoyu and sobbing nonstop. She looked badly frightened.
“Where is the ghost?” Seventh Master asked hurriedly.
“In the mirror!” Jiang Nan pointed at the bathroom mirror. “My wife went to the bathroom just now, and she saw Ding Ruoning appear inside the mirror!”
Seventh Master and Zhang Bo hurried into the bathroom to check it over. Then they burned a Talisman and ran back out.
