The other party’s hand paused, and anger spread across his face.
“You are a jellyfish!”
His voice grew shrill, like an unreasonable child’s.
“I’m not. Only people bitten to death by white lions become jellyfish! Someone bitten by a white lion and then drowned is not a jellyfish!”
Su Chen stared calmly into his eyes.
The other party froze at those words.
The certainty of “Its” perception had been shaken.
However, “It” was still the most powerful existence in this scenario.
It recovered in an instant.
Then it glared at Su Chen and said through gritted teeth, “No. You are a jellyfish!”
Su Chen smiled.
He had finally found his opening.
“No,” he said with a smile. “I’m a primate!”
As he spoke, he deepened his own conviction.
“Humans evolved from primates. There’s nothing wrong with what I said!”

In “Its” perception of reality, humans truly were indistinguishable from primates.

Those words once again unsettled “Its” perception of reality.
Su Chen had chosen his point of attack with great skill. He had not challenged anything about which the other party held a firm conviction, but instead targeted the things it could not distinguish.
This barrage of statements struck one cognitive weakness after another.
The other party’s mind crashed, plunging it into thought.
Su Chen’s eyes lit up. He knew his scheme had worked.
He did not dare remain any longer.
Seizing the opportunity, he turned and ran toward the Aquarium exit.
The other survivors were equally bewildered.
They had no idea how a few words from Su Chen had managed to confuse such a terrifying being so completely.
But that did not stop them from fleeing.
They followed close behind Su Chen and ran outside.
Soon the great mass of people finally charged into the lobby.
The instant Su Chen pushed open the Aquarium doors,
everyone heard an exasperated shriek from inside.
Su Chen knew things were bad. The other party had recovered.
At the same time, his head swam, his chest tightened, his breathing grew short, and his body began to stiffen beyond his control.
The other party was trying to control him again!
In that instant, Su Chen gritted his teeth and used every last trace of strength to desperately lift his lead foot.
The next moment, his body went rigid.

After the narrow escape, Longguo’s livestream was full of laughter and celebration,
in stark contrast to the wailing from every other nation.
