There were eight guests in total.

But when we counted the people in the room, there were nine.

One extra Chen Yu.

The one on my shoulder was definitely the real one, which meant the Chen Yu inside was fake.

The moment Chen Yu opened her eyes, she saw someone who looked exactly like her.

That other Chen Yu let out a creepy laugh, the corners of her mouth stretching all the way to her earlobes like the Great Rift Valley in East Africa.

Chen Yu let out a hysterical scream and completely lost control.

She dropped to her knees and desperately begged for mercy.

“I was wrong! I never should’ve helped Bai Xiaocha hurt people! She told me to drug Li Yun’s cup! She was the one behind it all! Go find her!”

Everyone erupted.

Li Yun’s case was well known in the industry.

She had once been a highly celebrated singer-songwriter, but then one day, Li Yun suddenly announced her retirement.

Her throat had been ruined. She would never sing again.

So she’d been framed.

Bai Xiaocha’s face went deathly pale. Ignoring the fact that Chen Yu was injured, she kicked her.

“Are you fucking crazy? What kind of nonsense are you spewing?! Don’t listen to Chen Yu, everyone! She must be possessed!”

I reminded her again, “Bai Xiaocha, there might be cameras around here.”

“Qian Jiaojiao, shut up! Did you teach Chen Yu to say this? Are you trying to smear me on purpose?”

“This has nothing to do with Qian Jiaojiao! Bai Xiaocha, you really hid it well…”

Chen Yu went on to spill many more details about the plot to harm others.

The other guests all backed away from Bai Xiaocha.

In an instant, she was completely isolated.

Then suddenly, she saw Yu Wei, and her eyes lit up.

Since filming had started, this Best Actor hadn’t said a single word.

Bai Xiaocha turned to him for help.

“It really isn’t like that, Brother Yu. We’ve worked together before. You know what kind of person I am…”

Bai Xiaocha froze for a moment, then came back to herself.

That had to be an excuse.

She kept acting pathetic and edged closer to him.

My attention was entirely on the ghost.

“You all go first. Leave this place to me.”

The guests had been waiting forever for me to say that.

They left without the slightest hesitation.

Two seconds later, I finished it off.

I was just about to check the live comments.

Then Yu Wei’s voice sounded beside me:

“Long time no see, wife.”

Crap. He didn’t know there were cameras all around us.

Now everyone was going to find out that the Best Actor and I were secretly married.
