We had agreed to get up at five in the morning, but the young master slept in again.

Like a demon, I whispered by his pillow, “Oh my, Your Majesty. Still lying down? You should be lying down. You are the emperor, after all.”

He woke up.

And discovered that his hands and feet were tied to the bedposts.

In the middle of the night,

A dark figure crept into my room.

He tiptoed over and took the keys from my nightstand.

He disabled the alarm system.

The bodyguards threw Lu Jiayu back into the dim room.

I walked over and grabbed his blond hair. “You have been acting so well lately. I almost got fooled. I thought you had truly fallen in love with studying, but it turns out that game was still on your mind, you shameless thing!”

I picked up his phone and aimed it at his face.

He panicked, roaring until his eyes nearly split. “Why the hell are you unlocking my phone?!”

“Curse again and I will publish your browser history.”

I circled behind him, kicked the bend of his knees, and forced him to kneel.

“Oh, right. I forgot to tell you. Your phone thought you would come save it until the very end.

“I will take it to my bedroom, use your account to download Shining Nikki and then an otome game, and take turns playing with it… then recommend them to everyone in your contacts.

“Using your account, I will frantically swipe on borderline pretty-boy videos, let the algorithm record its new preferences, and hit recommend on every single one.

“If you can bear it, you may watch my passionate screen recordings. Admire your precious phone as it spends night after night yielding in my arms…”

Lu Jiayu broke down. “No! I am begging you! I will study however you want! Please, please do not mess with it!”

I forced out a villain’s laugh. “Heh heh heh. I do not want to torture you either, but you are always so disobedient, baby.”

“I will listen from now on! I swear!” His eyes were filled with a crazed thirst for knowledge. “I will memorize every key point you mark! I will master every question you predict!”
