Everyone who had followed Jin Bao outside froze in shock at that single kick.

“Were my eyes playing tricks on me?”
“Quick, pinch me! I just saw Miss Bao kick down a tree!”
For a moment, everyone felt as if they were dreaming. Could someone with such divine strength truly exist in this world?
But they soon accepted it. When it came to Miss Bao, this somehow seemed entirely reasonable.

Xiao Jingmo had been directing the division of the meat when a tiny hand tugged at him.
He looked down and saw Jin Bao.
“Little Sister? What’s wrong?”

Jin Bao wrapped her arms around his neck and whispered in his ear, “Second Brother, a picture grew inside Baby’s head. Baby’s scared.”

“There are lots and lots of trees in Baby’s head, and lots of little animals. Baby can see all of them!”

When Jin Bao saw that even her clever Second Brother did not understand, she began to grow anxious.
She looked around and suddenly found her surroundings strangely familiar.
She abruptly smacked her own forehead.
“Second Brother, look at that fallen tree. It’s inside Baby’s head. Baby can see it!”
Xiao Jingmo felt he was beginning to understand, but the answer remained just beyond his grasp.
Seeing Second Brother still frowning, Jin Bao pointed at several nearby trees.
“Those too! They’re all in Baby’s head and on the picture. There’s also a wolf pack a hundred li away eating little sheep, and a tiger five hundred li away sleeping.”
As she spoke, Jin Bao pressed both hands together against the side of her head, closed her eyes, and pretended to snore.
Jin Bao did not know why she understood the distances. She simply knew.
Xiao Jingmo’s expression gradually began to change.

“Little Sister, is the picture inside your head called a map?”

“Then is the cave in front of us also on that picture?”
