What just happened?
The two female ghosts inside the television were still entangled.
One was pulling the other’s hair, while the other was clawing at her face.
“You let go first!”
“Why should I? You let go first, then I’ll let go!”
Yun Youyou: “How about I count to three, and you both let go at the same time?”
The two female ghosts were already exhausted; they glanced at each other and tacitly agreed to the plan.
“Three, two, one, let go!”
Both ghosts released their grip simultaneously.
The Wellside Ghost clutched her scalp and hissed in pain.
Damn, this ghost really plays rough!
The Mirror Ghost also clutched her face, gasping; her face was covered in bloody gouges from fingernails.
Though they had let go, the grudge between the two ghosts remained.
They looked to Yun Youyou, who was standing nearby, to act as a judge.
“You tell us, which one of us is uglier?”
The two female ghosts crawled out of the television and glared aggressively at Yun Youyou, determined to get a satisfactory answer.
“Both Sister Ghosts are very beautiful; I can’t possibly choose. Why don’t we let our family’s Young Master decide?”
“Who is your Young Master?”
“My Young Master is elegant and dashing, handsome and suave-both women and female ghosts alike are captivated by him!”
Yun Youyou bragged incessantly, praising the Landlord as if he were a peerless being, until both ghosts were swayed.
The Wellside Ghost smoothed her hair and leaned in toward Yun Youyou somewhat shyly.
“Is he really that handsome?”
Yun Youyou nodded. “Of course.”
No one could escape the temptation of a handsome man.
Especially these two ghosts, who were trapped in a well every day and couldn’t come out unless someone turned on the TV.
They occasionally wanted to experience a sweet romance, too.
Seeing the Wellside Ghost take the lead, the Mirror Ghost immediately spoke up: “Fine then, let us meet him first and see.”
“Meeting him is no problem, but…”
Yun Youyou hesitated slightly. “How about you go to my room first to change your clothes and put on some makeup?”
The two ghosts looked down at themselves.
After their intense catfight, their clothes were wrinkled, their hair looked like a madwoman’s, and their faces were covered in scratch marks-it really wasn’t suitable for meeting someone.
Especially the Wellside Ghost; her dress was still dripping water, making the floor all soggy.
“Fine, we’ll do as you say!”
Neither ghost had any objections.
Yun Youyou then led the two female ghosts upstairs.
Before leaving, Yun Youyou instructed Shamate and the others, “Clean this place up. Decorate it a bit and make it look nice-give it some ambiance.”
Shamate accepted the task blankly.

Everyone was utterly confused, but they could only watch as Yun Youyou walked away with the two Sister Ghosts.
Once upstairs, the two ghosts couldn’t put down the clothes and various cosmetics filling Yun Youyou’s wardrobe.
“This style of bag wasn’t out before I died. They even have exotic leathers now?”
“Why are this brand’s clothes getting prettier and prettier? If I’d known, I would’ve died a few years later.”
Yun Youyou applied beautiful makeup for the two Miss Ghosts and picked out outfits for them.
By the time they finished dressing up and came out, they looked no different from the young, beautiful ladies in the real world.
Thinking about it this way, being a ghost wasn’t so bad; at least you wouldn’t age.
While the Mirror Ghost was looking in the bathroom mirror, the Wellside Ghost sneakily leaned toward Yun Youyou and asked in a low voice, “What should I do later to make a better impression?”
It had been far too long since she’d had any contact with the opposite sex. Just thinking about it made her a little too shy to speak.

She thought back to how the female leads in those novels acted. “Just show your most charming side,” she advised.
The Dressing Table Ghost, hiding in the bathroom and eavesdropping on the conversation outside, nodded silently.
She would definitely show her most charming side in a moment.
Outside, the sky was gradually darkening.
The Players had waited an eternity before the Landlord finally emerged from his room.
When the Landlord saw Yun Youyou, he was about to step forward and say a few sweet words when he suddenly noticed two more beauties had appeared.
“And these two are?”
Yun Youyou hurried forward to introduce them. “This is Miss Jing, and this is Miss Shu.”
The smile at the corners of the Landlord’s mouth grew even warmer. “Both ladies are very beautiful. It seems we were destined to meet.”
Miss Jing and Miss Shu both lowered their heads and smiled shyly.
They had expected such a powerful ghost to be cruel and savage, but they hadn’t expected him to be so gentle and easygoing.
The three of them sat down together at the table.
Candles had already been set out on the table, along with a bouquet of fake flowers found from who-knows-where.
Yun Youyou pulled out a walkie-talkie.
“Kitchen, kitchen, this is the living room. You may prepare to serve the food now.”
“Roger that, roger that! Serving the food immediately!”
Shamate had picked up this walkie-talkie from the mall on a whim; he hadn’t expected it to come in handy so soon.
Tao Jinran and Shen Qingyu quickly brought out three servings of steak and placed them respectfully on the dining table.
“Please enjoy your meal, Young Master.”
Although none of them were human and didn’t actually need food, this arrangement provided a sense of ritual, making it feel like a real blind date.
Throughout the meal, the Landlord remained refined and easygoing, his demeanor elegant as he took great care of the two ladies.
The two female ghosts felt their hearts flutter with romantic stirrings, their faces flushing a deep red.
Time passed slowly, and the three of them seemed to be having a wonderful conversation.
The Landlord considerately asked the two ladies across from him, “Have you finished your meal?”
They picked up the wet wipes nearby to dab their mouths and nodded bashfully.
The curve of the Landlord’s lips widened.
“Then now, it is my turn to eat.”

However, before they could react, they were already inside the Landlord’s stomach.
Countless tentacles erupted from the Landlord’s back, tearing the two female ghosts to shreds. In an instant, they were ripped apart.
The Landlord even maintained his sense of ritual by dipping them in sauce before eating.
The tentacles behind him were the most efficient chopsticks; a tentacle would coil around a piece, toss it into the sauce, and then stuff it into his mouth.
The Players watched with wide eyes as the Landlord ate the two female ghosts raw, leaving not even a scrap behind.
Wang Weiye was so terrified that his legs gave out, and he slumped to the floor.
The girls also felt a wave of nausea at the scene before them.
After finishing his delicacy, the Landlord satisfiedly wiped the sauce from the corner of his mouth.
“I originally planned to pick two of you to eat today, but I didn’t expect you to prepare this in advance. I am very satisfied.”
The group had escaped death, but there wasn’t a single smile on their faces.
Today, they happened to have two female ghosts stumble into their path, but what about tomorrow?
Where would they find two more ghosts tomorrow?
