Chapter 3
Chapter 3
Even though he had lost his memory, his skills in this department hadn’t declined one bit.
He had been hospitalized for half a month, which meant I hadn’t had a taste of anything for half a month either.
When he kissed me at a time like this, it was like a spark hitting a powder keg. In a daze, we ended up tangled together on the bed.
Just as I was reaching the peak of pleasure, he suddenly stopped.
I looked at him in frustration, only to find him staring at the mark on the back of my neck.
He reached out blankly to touch it. “This is mine…”
“Yeah, it’ll be a disaster if my husband finds out. It’s all my fault for spoiling you too much.”
“Letting you act so recklessly.”
His lips thinned, and he suddenly turned fierce. It was so intense that I couldn’t stop begging for mercy.
In the moonlight, his eyes swirled with a massive, uncontrollable surge of desire and jealousy.
He leaned down to bite my neck, his tone sounding somewhat vicious.
“Do you like it?”
“I like it… gentler, don’t…”
“Between me and your husband, who’s better?”
“…”
“Talk to me.”
“Ah…” His canines sank in with force, his movements urgent and violent as he pressured me for an answer.
In my haze, I thought to myself: It’s not that I don’t want to tell you, big guy, it’s that I really don’t know how to say it.
Before I lost consciousness, I felt someone holding me tightly, his voice like a whisper.
“Why him? Why not me?”
Turning to burrow into his arms had already become a sort of instinct for me.
I nuzzled against his chin and called out softly, “Husband…”
The body I was holding slowly stiffened.
When I woke up the next morning, I subconsciously reached out for the person beside me.
But I only felt cold sheets.
I snapped awake and scrambled out of bed immediately.
Only when I saw that figure busying himself at the dining table did my heart settle.
Habit truly is a terrifying thing.
When I sat down at the table, Shen Yunxing and the other domestic staff were standing to the side.
I reached out to pull him toward me. “Eat. Aren’t you hungry after working hard all night?”
Teasing words like that came to me effortlessly.
He sat down with a somewhat awkward expression. Halfway through the meal, he suddenly asked me with a look of inner turmoil.
“Your husband.”
“Is it Bai Ningjin?”
I nearly spat out my coffee.
I barely managed to hold it in.
Seeing him look so dejected and out of sorts, it seemed Bai Ningjin really had left a deep, indelible mark on his memory.
