Chapter 3
Once all your basic needs are met, desire comes knocking-that was truer for him than anyone.
We hadn’t seen each other in so long, of course it turned into a full-blown battle.
By nightfall my legs were so weak I couldn’t even get out of bed. We had no choice but to order room service.
The cruise ship glided forward, slowly leaving the port behind and sailing farther and farther out.
For the first three days, Guo Bin and I stayed holed up in the cabin, tangled up in each other.
The trip was long anyway, and there are only so many things you can do on a cruise. I wasn’t worried about missing out.
I didn’t forget to call Xu Jiacheng to let him know I was safe-he needed the reassurance.
Guo Bin always took advantage of my calls with Xu Jiacheng to run his hands all over me.
I couldn’t help letting out little suggestive sounds, then tried my best to cover them up. It was thrilling.
“Yinyin, that diary I gave you-have you started writing in it yet?” Xu Jiacheng asked.
Before I left, he’d given me a diary and asked me to record this trip.
I’d been hoping for something more expensive.
When I actually received that deluxe diary that only elementary school girls would gush over, I had to force a smile.
Naturally I hadn’t had the time-or the patience-to touch it. My plan was to cram it all in during the last few days of the trip.
So unlucky-coming on vacation and still getting homework.
But now I used my softest, most sultry voice to talk to him.
“Of course I didn’t forget, I’ve been writing in it every day. It’s top secret for now. I’ll show you when I get back. Mmm… ah…”
Guo Bin’s hand slid into my most private place. I forcibly dragged my mind back to reality and hung up on the call.
Fortunately, Xu Jiacheng hadn’t suspected a thing. Relieved, I turned my attention back to scratching and clawing at Guo Bin.
On the fourth day, the ship was already far from land. The sea was a clear, rippling blue, schools of fish chasing after the ship and leaping from the water.
As a girl, if I didn’t take some beautiful photos at a time like this, it would practically be a crime.
Guo Bin went off to explore the ship’s activities, and I began searching for someone who looked like my best friend.
It didn’t take long before I spotted her.
She was a girl in a pale yellow dress, painting alone in the sunlight.
Oil paint smudged her cheek. When she lifted her hand to wipe it away, she turned her face slightly in my direction.
From that angle, she looked almost exactly like my best friend.
So I walked over to strike up a conversation.
“Hey, are you here by yourself?”
I gave her a friendly smile and sat down beside her.
“Yeah, it’s just me,” she looked up and smiled back, very easygoing.
“That’s perfect,” I grabbed the painting she’d already finished without being shy. “You’re really good.”
“I came with my boyfriend, but he’s hopeless at taking photos. I was just thinking, what am I going to do for the next month?” I said with a sigh.
“Really? Then we can be photo buddies. Besides painting, I’m actually pretty good at photography too,” she said happily.
