Sure enough, we soon realized the benefits.
Because of Ye Tiancheng’s accident, we decided not to go out for now and wait until after tonight to look for clues. After all, we still had five days left.

We watched from inside as Xu Ling and another male player ran past our window, chased by a gigantic Black Forest Cake.
The cake pursued them while hurling chocolate sauce at them, spraying it like a high-pressure water gun.
They ran a lap and then doubled back, catching sight of us inside the Cookie House.
Xu Ling pleaded loudly through the window, “Please, I’m begging you, save us!”
Because of the rules of the dungeon, players must sleep at night in a house without sugar, and no more than three people can stay together. If there are more than three, monsters may attack at any time.
This was to prevent all the players from crowding together for safety.
Of course, we couldn’t let them in. Even if nothing had happened during the day, we wouldn’t sacrifice our teammates for complete strangers.
We watched coldly as the chocolate sauce landed on Xu Ling first. She wailed, calling out her boyfriend’s name and reaching out to him for help.
The man dodged the chocolate sauce while searching for something, finally snapping off a candy cane from a Candy House.
He used the curved end to touch Xu Ling.
Bai Cancan said, “At least the guy has a heart. Xu Ling didn’t save him for nothing-wait, what?”
The man wasn’t trying to save Xu Ling at all. He hooked Xu Ling’s Pendant on her chest with the candy and yanked it off forcefully.
Xu Ling cursed loudly, and her body began to swell like a cake in an oven, finally exploding with a bang. Flesh and chocolate sauce splattered everywhere, some even hitting our window glass.
Her boyfriend had already run off and disappeared.
