It seemed something really happened to his family.
Most likely, they went bankrupt, and he was forced to work to pay off the debts, which was why he didn’t want to keep in touch with everyone and kept hiding.
If I run into him next time, I should tip him a bit more.
Although his service isn’t great, this line of work is just too tough.
I took a shower, wrapped myself in a towel, and used the hair dryer to blow my hair dry and fluffy.

“All night, I just saw you playing and drinking by yourself, and later you went alone into the bathroom and stayed in there for ages without coming out.”

I stared at the screen.
On the footage, I was talking to myself the whole time-sometimes humming, sometimes laughing-from beginning to end, I was the only one there, all alone.
My best friend wasn’t just talking nonsense when drunk, she was telling the truth.
“Here’s your bill from last night. You never ordered a male model.”
As soon as the manager said this, my mind buzzed and went completely blank.
My body started trembling.
Just then, a head cautiously peeked out from behind the manager.
It was Xu Mo.
