Chapter 6
Chapter 6
Cheng Yang started another cold war with me today. Unlike our usual petty squabbles, this time it was freezing.
I didn’t manage to catch his eye once the entire day. As roommates, you have to be incredibly intentional to pull that off.
This situation dragged on until nightfall.
Before heading to bed, I glanced at the tightly drawn curtains of Cheng Yang’s bottom bunk and ground my teeth.
Was this really necessary? He was avoiding me like I was the plague. Well, he could forget about having a good time in my novel today!
My resentment fueled my typing speed, and I quickly hammered out two chapters.
During the process, the guy in the bunk below seemed to have a major problem with me, letting out a frustrated click of his tongue every now and then.
I didn’t snap back at him. After all, I’d already vented most of my frustration in the story.
Of course, it would be even better if today’s dream could recreate the novel’s content just like yesterday.
Venting face-to-face would definitely be more satisfying than doing it through text.
It was just a passing thought, but who would have guessed that the heavens would be so kind to me? My wish was granted in a big way.
