And then, I transmigrated into the game.
When I woke up, my surroundings had completely changed. I was lying on the living room floor of a small, two-story house.
The sofa and coffee table were covered in white dust sheets; it seemed like “I” had just moved in and hadn’t had time to unpack yet.
Dark red stains were splattered all over the walls. As I pushed myself up off the floor, I realized my hand was coated in something sticky.
How disgusting. I had no idea what the previous tenant had been doing in here, but the sight of it gave me goosebumps.
It’s not like someone was murdered and dismembered here, right? Haha!
Amused by my own morbid thought, I went to the relatively clean bathroom to grab a rag and began scrubbing away the filth bit by bit.
Just as I was huffing and puffing while wiping the floor, a pop-up window suddenly appeared before my eyes.
