Chapter 13

His gaze slightly focused, the Tour Guide hung his head and had already fainted.

Zhang Bei stood in place for a full minute before he finally reacted.

This is good, it spares him the pain.

His figure hurriedly moved to the other side.

The doctor had just finished organizing the Wristband and was about to go look for Li Yang.

Seeing Zhang Bei’s figure, he was full of questions: “Boss, why are you here?”

Zhang Bei organized his words: “That Tour Guide fainted. I feel like when he wakes up, he’ll come after me.”

The doctor stood still, deeply understanding the meaning behind these words.

In other words, someone fainted, and the boss is afraid the Tour Guide will come after him when he wakes up, so he came here to avoid him.

Damn!

But that’s not the point-the point is someone fainted!

He grabbed the backpack on the table and rushed out.

All the way, the doctor felt his life had turned bleak.

This is clearly an Amusement Park, so why does it feel more exhausting than the emergency room?

Why, oh why, didn’t I hesitate a bit before signing that ten-year contract?

Zhang Bei scratched his head, but wasn’t too worried.

As long as there’s no heart problem, fainting isn’t a big deal.

If someone knew they had a heart condition, they wouldn’t get on such a thrilling ride.

Besides, there’s also a Safety Commitment Form as the final insurance.

By the time the doctor ran to the Drop Tower, Li Yang was already pushing a cart to transport the visitors.

Under the doctor’s searching gaze, he quickly found the fainted Tour Guide in the Pavilion.

After a series of checks, confirming there was no major issue, he finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Looking at Li Yang nearby, the doctor’s face was serious: “If another visitor faints, tell me immediately!”

Li Yang glanced at the Tour Guide on the ground: “The boss said fainting is no big deal, just let him get some sun and he’ll wake up!”

Hearing this, the doctor took a deep breath.

“I’m the doctor. Whether it’s a big deal or not, I decide. Listen to me!”

Li Yang nodded: “Alright, next time someone faints, I’ll notify you right away.”

After about ten minutes, the Tour Guide slowly opened his eyes.

The first thing he saw was a doctor in a white coat, staring at him nervously.

“How are you feeling? Any adverse reactions?”

The Tour Guide moved a bit: “What happened to me?”

This sentence seemed to flip a switch in the doctor.

“You know, if you can’t handle the thrill, don’t get on rides like this. Do you know how scary it is when someone faints?”

Seeing the doctor’s resentful gaze, the Tour Guide shivered.

“S-sorry, it’s just that since it’s reimbursed by public funds, I felt it’d be a waste not to try.”

The doctor’s gaze grew even more resentful.

“This boss isn’t here to make money at all, he just wants people’s lives. I’ve never been this worried even in the emergency room…”

Listening to the muttering nearby, the Tour Guide’s forehead was covered in black lines.

Is this guy mentally unstable?

Or has he just not talked to anyone in too long?

Why does it feel like he’s more suited to be a Tour Guide?

Seeing the doctor still muttering, the Tour Guide couldn’t help but interrupt.

“Well, actually, this isn’t so bad. At least I feel much more relaxed.”

“Hm?”

“Really, my job requires me to run around all the time, and I hardly get any rest.”

As he said this, the Tour Guide glanced at the Drop Tower not far away.

“Although the ride is short, I really do feel more relaxed.”

The doctor patted his forehead. It’s over.

This guy is completely crazy!

He sighed and turned to walk away.
There’s no hope-just give up. He’s an emergency doctor; he can’t treat psychological problems.

The first thing the tour guide did after waking up was to look for his group.

Seeing that most people were sitting aside, pale-faced and resting, he finally breathed a sigh of relief.

But in one corner, a man was holding a laptop, his fingers flying across the keyboard.

He was a well-known travel influencer online, famous for never taking payment and always giving genuine recommendations for interesting places.

Naturally, his popularity was high, and he had a large following of fans.

Today, this Amusement Park inspired him to write a serious review.

There was a Pavilion nicknamed the Morgue, a Drop Tower that felt like a Human Yo-Yo, and Bumper Cars full of hidden mechanisms.

All these were thrilling and sent his adrenaline skyrocketing, but this feeling of completely releasing stress was truly a rare experience.

In no time, he finished a recommendation article of over a thousand words.

After making sure it was saved, he glanced at the group not far away, who had already started lining up again.

Holidays are precious, so you have to enjoy them to the fullest!

The tour group spent a full five hours at the Amusement Park before finally boarding the bus to the next destination.

Zhang Bei glanced at the Emotional Value in the System and saw it had indeed increased significantly.

As the article began to spread, it gradually started to have an impact.

Feihuayu: [Really? You can completely release stress?]

Dongdong: [Nan ge rarely recommends amusement parks!]

Taobudiao: [Let’s form a group!]

Visitors arrived one after another, and the whole Amusement Park was filled with laughter and screams.

The sun was setting in the west, and it was almost closing time for the Amusement Park.

A figure walked in through the main gate.

“Teacher Li, what brings you here?”

Li Yang was the first to notice, and as soon as he saw the teacher, he hurried over.

Teacher Li waved his hand, glancing around the Amusement Park. “Go on with your work, I’m just here to have a look.”

Li Yang nodded and sent the last group of visitors to the Drop Tower.

Zhang Bei heard the noise and came out of the Control Room. “Here to see your students?”

“Yes, it’s a requirement from the school. I’m just here to check in.”

“Please wait a moment, this is the last group of visitors!”

“No problem, go ahead!”

Watching Teacher Li, Zhang Bei actually thought it was nice.

Many schools just send students out and then don’t want to manage them anymore. It’s a thankless and exhausting job, so Teacher Li coming here was truly beyond Zhang Bei’s expectations.

A dozen minutes passed quickly. Zhang Bei saw the visitors off and closed the gates of the Amusement Park.

Teacher Li and a group of students sat down in the restaurant.

“How are you feeling? Are you tired?”

“Not tired, actually pretty happy!”

“The boss treats us very well, too!”

Teacher Li smiled and nodded. “That’s good. Don’t forget your internship reports.”

At these words, the students who had been smiling suddenly fell silent.

“Internship reports?”

“Yes, graduates are exempt, but interns have to submit one every week.”

Li Yang slumped over the table, face full of despair.

He was an intern; there was no way he could escape this.

Zhang Bei frowned slightly. “Teacher Li, would it be all right if they hand them in every two weeks? They might be a bit busy for a while.”

Teacher Li hesitated for a moment. Honestly, internship reports were just for checking on the students’ work status.

“All right, every two weeks, then.”

“Wuhu! Boss, you’re the best!” (Wuhu: an exclamation of joy)

“Boss, love you!”

Zhang Bei laughed. “Hurry up and eat!”
