After Jiang Weichuan left, I checked my schedule.

My next appointment was at seven in the evening.

It was Boyfriend Number Three, Han Ziqi.

He was a nouveau riche type who wore thick gold chains and mink coats. His face was actually quite handsome, but his taste was absolutely atrocious.

Han Ziqi was fed up with being the backup guy. Today, he had paid a staggering one million to have me join him and his Goddess for dinner.

When I arrived, he asked, “You know what to do later, right?”

However, he still spoke to me in an annoyed tone. “Impossible. My heart will always belong to her! I’m giving you two million today. Be smart-once this is done, never show your face in front of me again.”

I nodded with lingering reluctance. “I understand…”
