Chapter 1
A five-star hotel in Yuncheng.
Inside a pitch-black room, Song Yunnian felt as if her entire body was on fire. A wave of unbearable pain and heat radiated from her limbs to her core.
The man pressing down on her was like a massive mountain, pinning her firmly in place.
Song Yunnian’s mind was a hazy mess, leaving her with no choice but to drift along with the man’s rhythm.
Finally, everything returned to a state of calm.
Her body felt weak and drained. Song Yunnian suddenly recalled the words Song Feier had whispered in her ear before she was pushed into the room.
“Sister, I’ve given you to Director Wang. Once you’ve served him well, I’ll have the media come and expose your wanton behavior in bed for everyone to see.”
Song Yunnian was struck with terror. Ignoring the pain in her body, she scrambled to pick up her clothes, threw them on haphazardly, and stumbled out of the room.
After she took the elevator and left, two women stepped out from a corner.
Li Yurong had a smile plastered on her face as she said, “Feier, it’s done. Hurry and go inside.”
Song Feier’s red lips curled into a look of contempt. “That bitch is only useful for this. If I weren’t already a non-virgin, I wouldn’t have needed her at all.”
She pushed open the door to the hotel room.
Inside, a man lay with his eyes closed. He had a high bridge to his nose and deep, well-defined features. His handsome face was like a perfect masterpiece sculpted by God himself, the kind that would make anyone swoon.
He was the current head of the Fu Family-Fu Yanchen.
The Fu Corporation was a top-tier business empire in Yuncheng, controlling the economic lifeblood of the entire city.
As the head of the Fu Family, he was naturally the man every woman scrambled to marry, and Song Feier was no exception.
A flash of ruthlessness crossed Song Feier’s eyes, twisting her expression. From now on, the position of Mrs. Fu would be hers.
Nine months later.
Song Yunnian lay on the delivery bed, drenched in sweat. With one final push, the cry of an infant echoed through the delivery room.
“Very good. Keep breathing. Keep going, there’s another child,” the Chief of Obstetrics guided Song Yunnian.
She breathed a sigh of relief and pushed once more.
Finally, Song Yunnian gave birth to both children.
A weak smile touched her lips, her eyes filled with the gentle warmth of a mother. “Is it a boy or a girl?”
At that moment, Song Feier walked through the door. The Chief of Obstetrics held the baby, still connected by the umbilical cord, out to Song Feier and said, “Second Miss Song, the child has been born.”
Song Feier looked down at the weakened Song Yunnian on the bed, a sinister smile playing on her lips. “Sister, congratulations on the birth. The child didn’t inherit any of Director Wang’s disgusting features.”
“What a pity, though…” She grabbed the infant by the feet and lifted him up. The baby immediately burst into loud wails.
“Song Feier, what are you doing? Let him go!” Song Yunnian struggled to sit up with great difficulty.
After losing her virginity that night, Song Yunnian had run home only to be met with a slap from her father, Song Zhiguo. He had berated her for being shameless, claiming she had slept with an old man in his seventies and brought disgrace to the Song family.
She had been locked away, forced to eat and drink within the confines of her room.
A month later, when Song Yunnian discovered she was pregnant, Song Zhiguo was furious and wanted to take her to get an abortion. However, after Li Yurong whispered something to him, they actually forced her to carry the pregnancy to term!
Song Yunnian had no choice but to give birth to these accidental children.
“My dear sister.” Song Feier threw her head back and laughed. “Do you know why I let you give birth to this bastard?”
She leaned in close to Song Yunnian, her eyes gleaming with poisonous malice, her entire face appearing dark and hideous.
“Simply being bedded by Director Wang wouldn’t be enough to ruin your reputation. Now, all of Yuncheng knows that you gave birth to a stillborn for that old fossil, Director Wang. You deserve to be spat upon by everyone!”
“They aren’t stillborn! The babies are alive!” Song Yunnian shook her head, refuting Song Feier’s words.
Song Feier’s smile grew even more triumphant. “Keeping these bastards is useless anyway. I want you to endure the agony of being torn from your own flesh and blood-a pain that carves into your heart and eats at your very bones. Hahaha…”
“Let them go!” Song Yunnian struggled violently, but she was too weak to even move.
Song Feier handed the infants back to the Chief of Obstetrics and said coldly, “Take these two little things and dispose of them. Make sure it’s clean.”
“Song Feier! How dare you! I won’t let you get away with this!” Song Yunnian’s eyes were bloodshot as she glared at Song Feier with overwhelming hatred.
The sound of dogs barking drifted in, and the infants’ cries came to an abrupt halt.
Song Yunnian was devastated, her face drenched in tears.
She watched helplessly as Song Feier had her children killed, unable to do a single thing.
She hated her!
Song Feier was a demon!
Hatred surged in her chest; Song Yunnian wished she could kill Song Feier with her gaze alone.
Seeing Song Yunnian’s miserable state, Song Feier laughed so hard she shook. She loved seeing Song Yunnian like this; it was truly satisfying.
She was going to destroy Song Yunnian completely.
A moment later, the Chief of Obstetrics returned carrying a tray of shredded flesh. “Second Miss Song, it’s all been taken care of.”
Seeing the mangled, bloody mess of flesh on the tray, Song Yunnian’s blood boiled, and the metallic taste of blood rose in her throat.
Those were the children she had carried for ten months. They had just been born and hadn’t even had the chance to see the world. The children were innocent; how could Song Feier be so heartless?
Song Yunnian glared at Song Feier, her eyes crimson, her tears seemingly tinged with blood. She gritted her teeth and spat out every word: “Song Feier, I will never let you go!”
For this blood debt, she would make Song Feier pay a hundredfold!
Song Feier gave a chilling smile and glanced at the tray with disdain. She clicked her tongue. “Sister, your children are too filthy. You can have what’s left of them back.”
She threw the tray onto Song Yunnian. The stench of blood hit her like a physical blow. Overwhelmed by hatred and her weakened state, Song Yunnian’s vision went black, and she fell into a dead faint.
Outside the delivery room, the Chief of Obstetrics handed a baby to Song Feier and whispered, “Second Miss Song, the child has been handled.”
Song Feier looked at the infant in the swaddling clothes, a sinister smile on her face. “My son is truly beautiful.”
The Chief of Obstetrics was taken aback but immediately corrected herself. “Congratulations on the birth of your son, Second Miss Song.”
Song Feier’s expression turned cold. “Who did you say just had a son?”
“Madam… Madam Fu?” the Chief of Obstetrics asked uncertainly.
“At least you’re sensible. Keep your mouth shut, and you’ll be well-rewarded.” Song Feier laughed loudly, her face full of arrogant triumph.
The Chief of Obstetrics asked, “What should we do with Eldest Miss Song’s other child?”
A flash of cruelty crossed Song Feier’s eyes. “Do I really need to teach you? Just kill it and throw it in the trash. You don’t expect me to raise two bastards for her, do you?”
“Yes.” The Chief of Obstetrics lowered her head, a strange look flickering in her eyes.
“Handle this well, and I’ll pay you double. It’ll be enough for you to live comfortably for the rest of your life.”
Song Feier walked out of the hospital with a smug look, cradling the child.
