From that moment on, my dad struck it rich.
With the five million he won, he started investing every day. No matter what he put his money into, it would at least double.
He bought a car and a house, and our whole family moved into a villa.
My mother grew slimmer and slimmer, to the point where people on the street would marvel at her incredible figure.
Even my younger brother completely changed his attitude toward my older sister. He stopped calling her a “freak” and started sweetly calling her “Big Sis” with every breath.
My sister whispered something in his ear one day, and the very next day, my brother ranked first in the entire school on his exams.
Later on, he even secured a guaranteed admission spot to the best high school in the city.
From then on, our entire family treated my sister like the crown jewel, living a life as beautiful as those “loving families” you see on TV.
