I opened my eyes.

Everything had collapsed like a landslide.

This time wasn’t much different from the previous ones, except the way it ended was much gentler.

There was no lingering entanglement, no miscarriage, and no hysterical drama. Gu Jingshen was a generous husband, and naturally, he was a generous ex-husband as well. We could be said to have parted ways peacefully-after all, I had already been crushed into a state of total collapse.
